Following extensive research and consultation, a regional brand and high profile marketing campaign has been launched to give raise the profile and improve the image of North East England.
A long term investment in marketing by One NorthEast will continue to create positive perceptions of North East England and lay the groundwork for many tactical inward investment, tourism and other marketing and PR campaigns.
Already, nearly 1000 organisations have pledged support and joined the campaign by agreeing to use the new logo in their own marketing activity, including websites, stationery, product packaging, recruitment, advertising, on banners and at major events. Everyone can become involved, and it's all free of charge.
